My sports academy is expanding, and the next priority is strengthening our relationship with every family who walks through the door. The core of this role is student and parent management, and I rely on a mid-level sales executive who already knows how to turn day-to-day conversations into long-term loyalty.
Day-to-day focus
• Enrollment & registration – handle inquiries, guide prospects through trial sessions, and complete all digital or paper formalities without bottlenecks.
• Communication & support – maintain a clear, friendly line of contact with parents, send class reminders, schedule changes, and progress updates, and log every touch-point into the CRM.
• Fee collection & management – issue invoices, follow up on dues, reconcile payments with finance, and keep parents informed so surprises never arise.
Success looks like consistent class fill-rates, up-to-date payment records, and parents who feel heard and valued. While these three areas are non-negotiable, there is room to branch into broader operations and even sponsorship outreach once the foundation with families is rock solid.
Sales tools already in place include a lightweight CRM, Google Workspace, and Stripe for payments; if you have preferred alternatives that integrate smoothly, I am open to suggestions so long as data remains clean and accessible.
Deliverables for the first 60 days
1. Proven enrollment funnel documented and running.
2. Parent communication cadence established (email, WhatsApp, or calls as appropriate).
3. 100 % fee collection on current semester with transparent reporting.
I will provide existing leads, program details, and brand guidelines on day one, and I’ll review progress weekly. Let’s build a seamless experience for our students and their families while keeping classes full.
