Spices Packaging: English-to-Arabic Translator

Job Title: Professional English to Arabic Food Label Translator (Spices Packaging)

Project Overview:

We are looking for a professional and native Arabic Translator to translate our spice packaging labels from English to Arabic. These products will be exported to the GCC region (Kuwait, Oman, and Bahrain). The translated text will be printed on stickers and applied to our existing English pouches.

Key Deliverables:

• Technical Food Translation: Translate product names, complex spice ingredient lists (blends/mixes), manufacturing/expiry formats, storage conditions, and allergen warnings from English to Arabic.
• Accuracy & Context: Ensure the translation is culturally appropriate for the Middle East and uses the exact technical terms accepted by Gulf Food Authorities (GSO standards).
• Proofreading & Delivery: Deliver a fully proofread, error-free text layout in a clear Word/Excel format that our graphic designer can easily copy for the sticker print.

Required Qualifications:

• Native Arabic speaker with flawless fluency in English.
• Proven experience in Food & Beverage (F&B) or Legal Translation.
• Familiarity with food labeling terminology used in the Gulf/GCC countries.
• Attention to detail (mistakes in food labels can cause customs rejection).
