Freelance brief: B2C launch plan for a new commercial vehicle hub in Sheffield

Hi all,

We're looking for a freelance B2C marketing consultant to help with a launch campaign in South Yorkshire.

About us:
Aegis Energy is building the UK's first network of clean, multi-energy hubs for commercial vehicles. Our first hub opens at Smithywood in Sheffield (M1 J35) in spring 2027, with high-power charging, renewable diesel (HVO), truck parking and a driver welfare building with real food.

The brief:
A short, fixed-fee consumer launch plan for five drop-in audiences:
• owner-operator HGV drivers
• owner-operator electric van drivers
• taxi and ride-hail drivers with electric vehicles
• employed HGV drivers
• local business park tenants

We'd like recommendations on messaging, local and community tactics, and launch offers, to be completed by mid November, so we'll need to move fast.

Ideal experience
Consumer launch campaigns, ideally in forecourt, roadside, motorway services, hospitality or local retail, and an understanding of reaching professional drivers.
