Speed-Optimized Shoptimizer Store Setup

I need a WooCommerce shop built on the Shoptimizer theme with one overriding priority: extreme speed and performance. Everything in the build—theme configuration, plugin stack, image handling, even hosting—must support sub-two-second page loads.

Scope
• Install and configure Shoptimizer (child theme ready)
• Upload and fully configure 50 products, most with size and colour variations for clothing & accessories
• Bake in lightweight on-page SEO (schema, titles, meta, clean URLs) without sacrificing speed
• Advise on and set up the best hosting option—I'm open to your recommendations
• Implement caching, image optimisation to WebP, minified CSS/JS, lazy loading and other proven speed tactics
• Integrate payment, shipping, product filters and a tidy mega-menu, using only lean, well-maintained plugins

Acceptance criteria
• Home, category and product pages score 90+ on Google PageSpeed Insights (mobile)
• Core Web Vitals pass (LCP
