I need help managing my WhatsApp Business line in Spanish, focusing purely on atención al cliente. Your main role will be to greet and guide potential clients who write in with preguntas generales—things like “¿Cómo funciona…?”, “¿Cuánto cuesta…?” or “¿Qué incluye el servicio?”. Every chat is a first impression, so clarity, warmth and fast response times are essential.
You’ll work inside the existing WhatsApp Business interface; no extra CRM is required for now. I’ll supply a short FAQ and regular updates on promos so you always have fresh, accurate information at hand. Whenever a question falls outside that scope, simply flag it to me and I’ll step in.
Deliverables:
• Real-time written support in Spanish during the agreed-upon hours
• A concise daily log of common questions and any hot leads you identify
If you are naturally friendly, write impeccable Spanish and can keep replies snappy, let’s talk.
