A residential multi-family building in South Delhi needs a thorough structural safety audit. The task involves an on-site inspection supported by visual checks and any non-destructive testing you consider necessary to verify the integrity of columns, beams, slabs and foundations. All observations must be benchmarked against current Indian standards and the local building by-laws so that the final verdict on safety is clear, defensible and action-oriented.
Deliverables
• Executive summary rating the present safety condition
• Detailed report with photographs, test data and annotated drawings
• Risk matrix highlighting critical, moderate and minor issues
• Practical recommendations for immediate repair, long-term strengthening and routine maintenance
• Compliance statement referencing NBC 2016, IS 456, IS 875 (or other relevant codes)
• Digitally signed PDF plus one hard-copy set
Site access can be arranged at short notice; I would like the inspection completed within a week of kick-off, a draft report within ten days and the signed final report no later than two weeks from the start date.
