Custom Slow-Typing Windows App

Hi,

I have an idea for a simple Windows computer program, but I’m not a developer — I just know what I want it to do. I’m looking for someone who can build it for me from scratch.

What I want:

I want a small app where I can paste some text, then click into another program (like a website, Word, chat box, etc.), and the app types that text for me — slowly, with natural pauses, like a real person typing on a keyboard.

Important: it should not just paste the text all at once. It should type letter by letter, so it looks more natural.

Basic features I’d like:
- A simple window where I can put my text
- A start button (with a short countdown so I have time to click where I want it to type)
- Keyboard shortcuts to start/pause
- Ability to choose how fast it types
- Make the typing feel human (not perfectly even / robotic)
- Optional small mistakes that get corrected, like a real person
- Option to keep the window always on top
- Easy way to paste text from clipboard into the app
- If possible, turn it into a normal Windows program I can open without installing a bunch of extra stuff

I’m open to doing this in steps: first a simple working version, then improve it based on testing.
