South African Outbound Sales SDR

I need a South African-based SDR, preferably sitting in KZN, to take full ownership of outbound cold-calling into the UK trades sector (think plumbers, electricians, landscapers and similar service providers). The role is 100 % remote, all dialler and CRM licences are on me, and during the training phase you earn a straight £35 commission for every new paying client you book. With our proven script most reps comfortably secure two to three conversions a day, so your earnings scale quickly.

Your day will revolve around high-energy cold calls, logging concise notes in the CRM and slotting confirmed demos straight into my calendar. No email cadences or social-media prospecting are required right now; voice calls are where this market responds best.

You’ll thrive here if you bring:
• Excellent communication skills – a confident, friendly phone manner is essential
• Proven sales experience – ideally outbound, but any closing background works
• Ability to work independently – you organise your hours and hit the targets without hand-holding

Key deliverables
• Minimum two qualified, calendar-booked demos per day
• Accurate, same-day CRM updates on every prospect called
• End-of-week pipeline report highlighting wins, losses and next steps
