Source Vacation Rental Agent Candidates

I need support building a pipeline of Co-Listing Agent prospects for my short-term rental operation. The people you identify must already work in, or have clear hands-on knowledge of, vacation rentals—think Airbnb hosts, STR property managers or guest-experience specialists.

Your day-to-day will revolve around three core actions:
• Researching potential hires on job boards, social media and relevant professional networks
• Opening direct, friendly conversations to introduce the role and answer initial questions
• Running a brief screening call or chat to confirm their STR background and gather a CV

Once you’ve qualified an applicant, simply forward the résumé and your screening notes so my internal team can take it from there. Previous recruiting experience isn’t essential; if you have strong communication, customer-service or research skills and are eager to learn the recruiting craft, this project is a great fit.

Deliverables:
• A curated shortlist of interested vacation-rental candidates, each with résumé, contact details and your screening summary
• A shared tracker showing sourcing channel, outreach status and next steps for every lead
