Source Entry-Level Tech Talent

I need an experienced recruiter to help me fill several full-time, entry-level roles within the technology sector. The focus is on building a strong, diverse pipeline quickly and guiding candidates smoothly through our hiring process.

What I expect from you
• Draft and post compelling job ads on the most relevant tech job boards and social channels.
• Actively source and approach suitable graduates or junior professionals via LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, university portals, and similar platforms.
• Pre-screen resumes, run initial phone or video interviews, and shortlist only those who truly meet the must-haves we agree on.
• Keep all notes and candidate data updated in our ATS (we currently use Greenhouse, but if you prefer another system let me know).
• Schedule interviews with my internal team and follow up with both sides so no one drops off.
• Provide a concise weekly update showing number of prospects contacted, interviews completed, and offers in progress.

Acceptance criteria
1. At least five qualified, interview-ready candidates presented for each requisition within the first three weeks.
2. Clear documentation for every candidate showing source, screening notes, and status.
3. Timely communication—response to messages within one business day.
