Online Form Data Entry Project

I have collected a set of mixed text-and-number responses through an online form and now need every record transferred quickly and accurately into a structured spreadsheet. The dataset sits in the 100–500 entry range, so the job is big enough to require care yet small enough to finish in a focused working session.

All fields—names, addresses, comments, IDs, totals and any other figures—must be copied exactly as submitted. Consistency of spelling, punctuation and number formatting (no unwanted rounding or separator changes) is essential because the file will feed straight into an internal reporting tool once complete.

Deliverables
• One clean Excel or Google Sheets file containing every form entry in the order received
• Basic validation pass: flag any obviously incomplete or contradictory records so I can follow up
• Timestamp in the file properties or a note on the sheet confirming completion date

Acceptance criteria
1. Every form submission represented by one row, no omissions
2. Text fields match the source character-for-character
3. Numerical fields retain original precision and sign
4. Spreadsheet opens without warnings or broken formulas
