I need an extra pair of hands to kick-start our search for a new Co-Listing Agent. Your main focus will be researching potential candidates who already understand the short-term rental world. Start by hunting on LinkedIn, the major job boards, and inside active Airbnb host communities; those three sources consistently yield talent with the right mindset for this role.
Here’s how the workflow will look:
• Build a well-organised tracker (Google Sheets or similar) listing promising profiles, their contact details, and a quick note on why they fit.
• Zero in on people with proven Airbnb hosting or broader property-management experience; that domain knowledge is non-negotiable.
• Reach out, explain the opportunity, and hold a brief screening call or message exchange to confirm basic fit and interest.
• Collect each interested candidate’s CV and any relevant links (e.g., Airbnb listings, LinkedIn profile).
• Summarise your conversation in a short paragraph I can scan quickly when I review the pipeline.
Accuracy, clear notes, and tidy organisation are more important than sheer volume. If you have a background in customer service, research, or any prior recruiting tasks, you’ll find this straightforward. I’ll take it from there once you hand over the initial batch of screened candidates.
