I’m looking for a top-tier Enterprise Vault specialist who can share practical, hands-on know-how with my in-house IT team. The focus is clear: structured knowledge transfer delivered through live online sessions.

Scope
– Walk us through best-practice Enterprise Vault management, from day-to-day housekeeping to long-term retention strategy.
– Tie the Vault workflows back to our Active Directory schema and Microsoft Exchange environment so my team understands how each directory or mailbox decision affects archiving, indexing, and retrieval.
– Keep the training interactive. We want to see real consoles, real scenarios, and the “why” behind every setting, not just slideware.
– Leave us with concise reference notes or annotated screenshots so we can replicate the steps after each session.

Deliverables
• Series of live online training sessions (schedule to be agreed)
• Post-session quick-reference documentation for AD, Exchange, and Vault tasks
• Final Q&A clinic to confirm we can independently configure, troubleshoot, back up, and recover the platform

Acceptance Criteria
1. My team can demonstrate an end-to-end archive enablement for a new Exchange mailbox without assistance.
2. We can perform and verify a Vault backup and basic recovery on our lab system.
3. All reference materials are supplied in an editable format.

If you have deep production experience across Enterprise Vault, Active Directory, and Exchange—and enjoy teaching as much as doing—I’d like to hear how you would structure the sessions and get us self-sufficient quickly.
