Social Profiles Chronological Refresh

I’m 29 and have never quite found the time—or the excitement—to keep my Facebook and Instagram up to date. The photos are scattered, the bios feel outdated, and key moments from the last year are nowhere to be seen.

Here’s what I need:
• A full sweep of both profiles, updating profile and cover photos, bios, and contact info so everything feels current and authentically me.
• A chronological upload of the pictures I’ll supply (I'd like to start where I stopped years ago), organised so friends can follow the timeline naturally. Think albums, highlight reels, and captions that match a relaxed, conversational tone.
• Light optimisation—hashtags, location tags, and basic formatting—so posts look polished without feeling forced or corporate.

You’re free to use the tools you’re most comfortable with (Creator Studio, Meta Business Suite, Later, etc.); I simply care about the end result looking casual and cohesive. When you send your proposal, show me examples of other personal accounts you’ve refreshed or describe how you’d tackle a timeline clean-up from start to finish.
