I’m building a brand-new social networking platform and I want the full package: a responsive web portal plus companion mobile apps that run smoothly on both iOS and Android. The core experience hinges on three pillars—rich user profiles, a real-time messaging system, and an engaging activity feed—so those features have to feel lightning-fast and intuitive from day one.
Here’s what I’m picturing:
• Web portal: modern UI, fully responsive, SEO-friendly, deployed to a scalable cloud host.
• Mobile apps: native Swift/Kotlin or a polished cross-platform stack such as Flutter or React Native—whichever you’re most confident will deliver native-level performance.
• Backend: secure authentication (JWT or OAuth 2.0), REST or GraphQL API, media uploads, push notifications, and analytics hooks, all built for easy horizontal scaling.
• Admin tools: dashboard for content moderation, user management, and data insights.
Acceptance criteria
1. All three flagship features—profiles, messaging, activity feed—operate with sub-second response times under realistic load.
2. App Store and Google Play builds pass review on first submission.
3. Source code, build scripts, and deployment instructions are handed over in a clean repo with inline documentation.
4. A short post-launch support window is included for bug fixes and final tweaks.
If you can take the project from wireframes to production while keeping code quality high and security airtight, let’s talk timelines and milestones.
