Social Media VA & Reels Editor

I’m looking to bring on a versatile virtual assistant who can keep my Instagram, Facebook and TikTok feeds lively and consistent. Day-to-day, you’ll take the raw clips and photos I drop into a shared folder, trim and polish them into scroll-stopping Reels, stories and static graphics, write or refine the captions, then schedule everything so it rolls out on time.

When new comments or DMs land, you’ll jump in quickly with the responses I provide, or send personalized outreach from my account when I flag a prospect. I’ll supply brand guidelines and content ideas; you turn them into ready-to-post graphics, images and video pieces, upload them to the chosen scheduler, and keep basic performance notes so we can tweak the strategy.

Deliverables each week:
• 3–5 edited Reels or TikTok-style videos, exported in platform-friendly ratios
• Matching thumbnails, cover images and short captions
• Scheduled posts uploaded to our content calendar
• A brief engagement report highlighting wins and areas to improve

Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva or similar tools are all fine as long as you hit clean cuts, on-trend transitions and clear subtitles. Reliability and quick turnaround matter more to me than fancy effects. If you’re organised, creative and enjoy chatting with audiences, let’s get started.
