JOB TITLE: Long-Term Social Media Manager Wanted for a New Ministry
ABOUT THE POSITION
We are building a new online ministry and looking for an experienced, reliable Social Media Manager who wants to become part of our team for the long term.
We are not simply looking for someone to complete a one-time job. We want to build a lasting working relationship with the right person as our ministry grows.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and schedule short AI-generated videos across our social media platforms.
Publish content consistently rather than uploading all videos at once.
Recommend the best posting frequency and times for each platform.
Use scheduling tools to automate publishing wherever possible.
Understand social media algorithms and organic audience growth.
Monitor views, engagement, and performance, adjusting the strategy as needed.
Help us increase our online visibility and reach a growing audience.
ABOUT THE CONTENT
We are starting with 100 short AI-generated videos, approximately 8–10 seconds each. The videos will feature realistic AI presenters speaking directly to the camera in different backgrounds.
As our ministry grows, we plan to increase production to 200–300 videos per month. We want to distribute this content strategically over time and build a consistent social media presence.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience managing multiple social media platforms.
- Knowledge of short-form video content and social media growth.
- Experience with scheduling tools and analytics.
- Good communication and reliability.
- A genuine interest in a long-term working relationship.
