JACKS is a physician-founded premium medical scrubs brand seeking a proactive, creative, organized virtual assistant for long-term growth.

**Responsibilities:**
- Manage Instagram, TikTok, Facebook & X.
- Create, edit, schedule and post videos, Reels, photos and graphics.
- Recruit and follow up with medical influencers and brand ambassadors.
- Respond to comments, DMs, emails and WhatsApp messages.
- Handle customer inquiries, calls, texts and sales follow-ups.
- Assist with Shopify orders, sizing, inventory and shipping updates.
- Coordinate with suppliers, developers and partners.
- Manage schedules, reminders, tasks and business correspondence.
- Provide daily updates and weekly performance reports.

**Requirements:** Fluent English, Canva/CapCut, social media, customer service and strong organizational skills.

**Remote | 20 hrs/week | Long-term**
