I need a hands-on partner to plan, edit and publish short-form video tutorials on Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn for Realestate Industry. Every piece you create should teach my audience something practical, so the tone is always educational rather than sales-y.
Here’s how I picture our workflow:
• You receive raw footage, talking-head clips or a rough script from me.
• You handle trimming, colour correction, captions and light motion graphics, then add on-brand music and a punchy hook in the first three seconds.
• You draft engaging post copy, hashtags and an attention-grabbing thumbnail.
• You schedule each video at optimal times and monitor basic performance metrics so we can fine-tune future topics.
Weekly deliverables:
1. Three fully-edited tutorial reels (vertical, 60–90 s).
2. Matching carousel or story assets when helpful to reinforce the lesson.
3. A short report summarising reach, saves, shares and suggested tweaks.
I typically film and edit on an iPhone, so familiarity with Premiere Pro, Adobe CC, CapCut or similar tools will keep us in sync, but I’m open to your preferred stack as long as the final files are crisp, brand-coloured and ready to upload.
If you’ve turned complex ideas into clear, bite-sized videos before, share a link to your best tutorial clip and a quick outline of how you’d elevate my content in the first month.
