Social Media Management

I'm looking for an experienced social media manager to handle my Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest accounts. The primary goal is to increase brand awareness.

Key Requirements:
- Schedule & manage engaging content (posts, stories, reels/videos)
- Adapt to my pre-established brand voice and aesthetic across platforms
- Strategically grow our follower base
- Monitor analytics and adjust strategies accordingly

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven track record in social media management
- Strong content creation skills (graphics, videos, copywriting)
- Proficient in social media analytics tools
- Excellent communication and organizational skills

I will create most of the content- the reels, the graphics, etc. You'll be expected to schedule, write Pinterest descriptions, manage keywords and hashtags, implement an effective posting strategy, occasionally write a caption, and fill in gaps in my stories. I currently have 2 IGs, 2 FBs, 2 TikToks, and 1 Pinterest. I will eventually add another IG, FB, & TikTok.
