Traditional Apartment 3D Renovation Design

I’m preparing a full-scale renovation and need a detailed 3D visualisation of my entire apartment so I can make decisions with confidence before construction begins. The project covers the living room, kitchen and all bedrooms, and I want every space to reflect a warm, timeless traditional style—think classic mouldings, rich wood tones, elegant fixtures and a balanced, homely colour palette.

Here’s what I’d like from you:
• Photorealistic still renders for each room (day and night lighting).
• An editable 3D model (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender or similar) so my contractor and I can review measurements and materials.
• A simple floor-plan view with furniture layout to double-check circulation paths and clearances.
• Optional but welcome: a short walkthrough or 360° panorama if it helps showcase the flow between rooms.

Key priorities:
• Accuracy in existing dimensions—I’ll supply sketches, photos and measurements as soon as we start.
• Faithful adherence to the traditional aesthetic, yet practical enough for everyday living.
• Layered files organised by materials, furniture and lighting so later tweaks are straightforward.

Deliverables are approved once the renders match the agreed mood boards, proportions align with supplied plans within ±2 cm, and native files open error-free.
