# Social Media Executive for Political & Public Communication

We are looking for a reliable **Social Media Executive / Freelancer** to support the day-to-day management of social media accounts for a public/political personality in India.

This is an **ongoing monthly engagement** and may become long-term for the right person.

## Scope of Work

The freelancer will be responsible for:

* Managing **Facebook, Instagram and X (Twitter)** accounts
* Posting photos, videos, reels, stories and regular updates
* Writing simple and engaging captions in **Hindi and English**
* Creating basic social media creatives using **Canva**
* Coordinating with our team to receive daily photos, videos and information
* Managing basic **Facebook/Instagram boosting and Meta Ads**
* Monitoring comments, messages and engagement
* Keeping track of relevant **local, state and national political developments**
* Helping improve reach, followers and engagement
* Maintaining regular and timely posting
* Supporting additional/community social media pages where required

## Who We Are Looking For

The ideal freelancer should:

* Have good knowledge of **Facebook, Instagram, X and WhatsApp**
* Know how to use **Canva and Meta Business Suite**
* Have basic experience with Facebook/Instagram ads or boosting
* Be comfortable writing in **Hindi and English**
* Have a genuine interest in **Indian politics and current affairs**
* Be comfortable working on **BJP-oriented political and public communication**
* Have a good understanding of **BJP leadership, ideology, organisational structure and current political issues**
* Be responsive and available for regular coordination
* Be able to work quickly when important events or developments take place

Previous experience managing social media for a **political personality, public figure, political organisation, NGO or local leader** will be preferred.

## Engagement

**Type:** Ongoing / Monthly
**Work:** Remote
**Budget:** Approximately **₹15,000–₹20,000 per month**, depending on experience and quality of work.
