Role Overview:
We are looking for a creative, performance-driven Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive to manage our complete Google presence and social media channels. You will be responsible for driving reach, leads, and sales through Google My Business, Google Ads, engaging content creation, and professional visual design.
Key Responsibilities:
Google My Business (GMB) Management: Optimize the business profile, post regular updates, manage reviews, improve local SEO, and maximize inbound calls and visits.
Google Ads Strategy & Execution: Set up, run, and optimize targeted Google Ads campaigns to drive high ROI, leads, and direct conversions.
Graphic Design & Poster Creation: Design visually appealing posters, banners, and social graphics using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop / Illustrator).
Content Creation & Editing: Write engaging post descriptions/captions (in English and Hinglish) and perform photo/video editing for social media and Google updates.
Reach & Sales Optimization: Track campaign performance, analyze traffic, and implement strategies to ensure maximum customer reach and sales growth.
Requirements & Skills:
In-depth knowledge of Google Business Profile management & Google Ads (PPC/Local Search).
Hands-on expertise with Canva and Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator / video editing tools.
Strong copywriting skills (ability to explain services in simple, layman language).
Prior experience in lead generation and local search marketing for small businesses.
