Hindi Book Re-typing & Formatting

I have a handwritten Hindi manuscript that runs well beyond 200 pages. Every page needs to be accurately re-typed in clear, error-free Unicode Hindi (Mangal or an equivalent mainstream font) and then laid out so the finished work looks like a professionally published book.

Scope of work
• Transcribe each handwritten page exactly, preserving original spellings, punctuation, shlok numbers and any embedded Sanskrit where it appears.
• Apply clean hierarchy for chapter titles, section headers, verse/paragraph breaks, footnotes and page numbers.
• Insert a generated table of contents that updates automatically.
• Proof each chapter for typing mistakes and uniform formatting before moving on.

Final deliverable
A press-ready, searchable PDF that mirrors the handwritten source in content and sequence, with consistent margins, line spacing and chapter starts on new pages.

Acceptance criteria
• 99 % text accuracy when compared line-by-line with the original notes.
• No orphaned headings or broken words at line ends.
• All text embedded as Unicode (not outlines) so it remains copyable.
