I’m looking for someone who can take full charge of my day-to-day social media presence while also giving light assistance on routine accounting tasks as they arise.
Marketing side first: I need hands-on social media management for both Facebook and Instagram. That means planning, scheduling, and monitoring posts, answering basic community questions, and keeping an eye on performance analytics so we can tweak what isn’t working. For Instagram in particular, I rely heavily on engaging videos and Stories, so you’ll be creating or repurposing short-form clips that feel native to the platform and keep followers watching. If you edit in-app that’s fine; if you prefer Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools, that works as long as output is polished and sized correctly.
On the accounting side, think of quick weekly tasks—updating expense logs, matching receipts to ledger entries in Xero, and flagging anything that looks off so my CPA can review it at month-end. No heavy financial analysis is required, just accuracy and consistency.
Deliverables each week:
• A scheduled content calendar for Facebook and Instagram with copy, hashtags, and visuals ready to go
• Two to three Instagram videos or Stories that follow brand guidelines
• A brief performance snapshot covering reach, engagement, and suggested tweaks
• Updated expense sheet in Xero with all receipts attached
If you’re comfortable juggling both the creative energy of social media and the precision of basic bookkeeping, I’d love to get started right away.
