Themed Wedding Decor & Planning

Our wedding already has a clear, fun theme in mind, but we need a professional touch to translate that vision into a seamless celebration. The scope covers both creative decor design and full event coordination, from the first inspiration board to the last dance of the night.

Here’s how I see the collaboration working:

• Creative concept: refine the chosen theme, produce a mood-board and color palette, and specify signature elements that tie the ceremony and reception together.
• Decor blueprint: source or design centerpieces, backdrops, floral choices, lighting cues and any custom props that bring the theme to life, balancing aesthetics with practical venue constraints.
• Planning & logistics: map the timeline, liaise with vendors, handle floor plans, manage the rehearsal, and orchestrate the day-of flow so everything runs on schedule.

You’ll have access to the venue specs, guest count, and existing vendor list as soon as we start. Portfolio examples of past themed weddings (photos or videos) will help me gauge fit, and a quick outline of your process will speed up shortlisting.

The final deliverables I expect are:
1. A detailed decor plan and itemized sourcing list
2. A master event timeline with responsibilities assigned
3. On-site coordination on the wedding day
