SMS Appointment Setter for UK warm leads

I run a small local-SEO agency in the UK. My clients are tradespeople - joiners, carpenters, kitchen fitters. I have around 90 warm leads sitting in my CRM who asked about my service and never got a proper follow-up, because I work a full-time job and cannot chase them during the day.

I want one person to work that list by SMS and book qualified prospects into my calendar.

- Qualify against three things: they run a real business, they have a website or a Google Business listing, and they will give me 15 minutes.
- Book them straight into my calendar. The calendar handles its own confirmations and reminders.
- Ring anyone who replies but stalls on picking a time. Voice is the fallback, not the main job.
- Log every attempt in the CRM with the outcome and a dated next step.

WHAT YOU WOULD NOT DO
- No pricing, no pitching, no negotiating. If they ask what it costs, that is my conversation and you hand it to me.
- No audits, no reports, no content, no admin.
- No editing, merging or deleting CRM contacts. Flag anything odd and leave it alone.
- No cold prospecting and no lead sourcing. The list exists.
