Part-Time Property Manager for Coliving Properties

In need of a part-time property manager for co-living properties (roommate rentals in single-family homes). More properties will be assigned to you as we scale up our portfolio. This will include leasing, handling all tenant communications, maintenance requests, routine maintenance on the properties, utility coordination such as pest control, etc...I use the RentRedi platform, so you'd need to familiarize yourself with this (it's quite straightforward).
