The successful freelancer should provide:

Outlook 2021 configuration
Successful signed-email test
Successful encrypted-email test
Successful encrypted attachment test
Successful incoming/decryption test
Certificate/public-key exchange with external recipient
Basic implementation documentation
Certificate/private-key backup and recovery guidance
Recommendations for future deployment to additional PCs
Acceptance Criteria
The project will be considered successfully completed when:
We can send a digitally signed email fromemail id
The external recipient can verify the digital signature.
We can send an encrypted email to the external recipient.
The recipient can decrypt and read the email and attachments.
We can receive an encrypted email and decrypt it successfully in Outlook 2021.
Normal POP3 email continues to function normally.
The freelancer explains how to securely manage the certificate and private key.
Freelancer Requirements

Experience with DigiCert, Sectigo, GlobalSign or similar S/MIME certificate providers is preferred.
