I’m expanding an international e-commerce venture into Mexico and need a reliable local partner who actually lives there. Your first mission is to guide me through every formality that requires a Mexican resident’s presence—opening or updating accounts, dealing with authorities, and making sure each document is handled correctly and on time.

Because the project will grow, I also want you to help me identify and pre-screen additional local talent when a specific skill set is required. Think of yourself as both my on-the-ground representative and a light recruiter who can tap the right people quickly.

We will agree on fair compensation once we map out the exact workload; I’m open to structuring it by milestones or on a monthly retainer, whichever proves most practical for both of us. If we work well together, this turns into a long-term collaboration with an expanding scope.

Deliverables for the initial phase:
• A clear action plan outlining the required formalities and timelines
• Completed paperwork or proof of submission for each step
• A short list of vetted local candidates ready to help when new roles arise

I value clear communication in both English and Spanish, prompt status updates, and absolute discretion with sensitive information. If you’re ready to become the local face of this project, let’s talk details and move forward.
