Smartsheet Order & Budget Dashboard

I need a Smartsheet dashboard that streamlines every step of our ordering workflow. Using a form-driven template, regular users should be able to submit new order requests, log contract requests, mark work as complete, and instantly see the real-time status of their orders and invoices. They should also trigger a flag that tells finance it’s time to send the customer an invoice.

Administrators and regular users will both use the dashboard, but permissions differ: administrators must have full access to every sheet, report, and metric, while regular users see only their own records.

Behind the scenes, I want the solution to track contracts issued, purchases made, and invoices generated.

Deliverables
• Smartsheet workspace containing:
 – Master sheets for orders, contracts, invoices, purchases, and budgets
 – An intake form tied to the order template
 – A dynamic dashboard with role-based visibility settings
• Workflow automations for notifications and status updates
• Brief hand-off documentation outlining sheet logic, permission structure, and how to add new users.
