Digitise 1500 Form Images

I have around 1,500 paper forms that contain image-based information only. Each form needs to be converted into a clear, legible PNG file at a medium resolution so the final archive is lightweight yet still suitable for on-screen review and basic printouts.

Here is what I need from you:

• Scan or photograph every form, ensuring the entire page is captured without shadows, folds, or cut-off edges.
• Save each page as an individual PNG file.
• Keep file names consistent and traceable (e.g., form-0001.png, form-0002.png …).
• Optimise to medium quality—small enough for fast sharing but sharp enough to read all text and graphics without zooming.
• Deliver the full set via a single compressed folder or cloud link.
