I need a steady flow of qualified small-business owners who are ready to commission an informational website. The service on offer is full-stack web development only—no e-commerce, no logo design—so every lead must be interested specifically in a brochure-style or content-driven site that tells their story, captures enquiries, and improves credibility.
Your day-to-day work will revolve around prospecting, cold or warm outreach, nurturing conversations, and booking discovery calls directly into my calendar. I’ll supply a clear value proposition, past case studies, and price guidelines; you’ll supply the contact lists, outreach copy, and relationship-building skills. We will track activity and conversions in my existing CRM (HubSpot), so please be comfortable updating deal stages and notes in real time.
Deliverables
• 10–15 verified small-business leads per week, each pre-screened for budget fit and timeline
• A brief dossier on every lead: company size, decision maker, current site (if any), and stated pain points
• Discovery calls scheduled and confirmed—no-show rate below 20 %
• Weekly summary report outlining outreach volume, replies, meetings set, and next steps
Acceptance criteria
A lead counts only when the decision maker has expressed interest in commissioning an informational website and agrees to a call within seven days. Invalid emails, bounced messages, or businesses outside the agreed scope will not be counted toward the weekly target.
If you have a proven record of selling web solutions to small businesses and can hit the numbers above, let’s start filling the pipeline.
