Small Apache Flex Add-On for Dental Clinic Website: $50 (1 Day)

I need a lightweight dashboard added to the dental-clinic site you built earlier. The goal is straightforward: let the staff pull up patient feedback and appointment history, filter the results by date range, and immediately export what they see to a CSV file.

The front end must be written in Apache Flex (same version you used on the main site) and plugged into the existing MySQL database. I’ll give you the current schema and connection credentials; no changes there, just read-only queries. Please push all code to the clinic’s private Git repo, mirroring the branch structure we already use.

Turnaround is tight—one working day—and the clinic has capped this task at $50, so I’m keeping the scope laser-focused:

• Flex module (or SWF) that drops neatly into the admin area
• Date-range selector that refreshes both Feedback and Appointments tables on the fly
