I’m building the brand identity for Munera Mortgages—our new brokerage that returns 50% of the lender-paid commission back to the borrower. The name comes from the Latin “munera,” meaning duty, obligation, and gift, so the logo needs to convey reliability as well as the idea of value being shared.

Visually, I’m after a modern, streamlined look rather than anything ornate or playful. A stylized house outline or a subtle key motif should sit at the heart of the mark; whichever integrates more naturally with a clean word-mark will work. Additionally, I’d like a nod to Roman or Latin-inspired design elements, with an emphasis on making the "M" in Munera stand out. The preferred color palette includes reds and beige tones to support a contemporary yet professional feel that reproduces well in both digital and print.
