Slack Integration for Team Collaboration

I manage a hardworking team that is “always on,” yet all of our collaboration still happens in slow, cluttered email threads. I need a specialist to shift us toward faster, clearer communication and collaboration, with Slack at the center of the workflow.

Right now our only tool is Email, and the immediate goal is to roll out a dedicated Slack workspace that the whole team can rely on daily. I’m looking for someone who can not only configure the platform but also ensure adoption through clear guidelines, training, and light automation.

Deliverables
• Design and set up the Slack workspace: channels, user groups, permissions, and basic integrations (Google Drive, Calendar; Trello later if practical).
• Create a concise usage playbook (PDF or Google Doc) covering etiquette, notification settings, and channel purpose.
• Host one live onboarding session (recorded for replay) and provide one week of Q&A support.

Acceptance criteria: every team member has an active Slack account, understands when to use channels vs. direct messages, and at least 80 % of daily conversations move from email to Slack within two weeks of launch.
