Hospitality Reporting Automation Build - 04/10/2026 21:02 EDT

I operate a group that combines a hotel, full-service restaurant, and several paid recreation activities. At the moment we export figures from Xero and Syft, then spend hours stitching spreadsheets together just to see yesterday’s performance. I want all of that effort replaced by a single automated reporting system that:

• pulls live data from our Xero–Syft environment (and any other source you recommend)
• separates and then consolidates results for the hotel, restaurant, and recreation streams
• highlights revenue and operational-efficiency KPIs for each stream as well as group-wide totals
• produces easy-to-read dashboards plus a scheduled management pack (PDF or similar) that lands in my inbox each morning

Acceptance criteria
1. One-click (or scheduled) refresh with data flowing directly from Xero/Syft.
2. Visual and printable reports that clearly break out revenue and efficiency metrics for each department and the overall business.
3. Documentation and a brief hand-over session so my team can maintain the build.
