Site Surveyor (DME,BE,ITI ,TECHEE) Needs

I need a web-based surveyor site focused solely on reporting and analysis. The platform should let me pull data from three distinct sources—database exports, real-time API feeds, and the occasional uploaded file—then present that information as clean, detailed tabular reports that can be filtered, sorted, and exported (CSV and Excel at minimum).

A straightforward dashboard is enough; no complex charting is required. What matters is accuracy, speed, and a layout that makes large tables easy to read on both desktop and tablet. A lightweight tech stack such as React or Vue on the front end and a simple Node, Django, or Laravel back end is fine, as long as the code is well-commented and easy for another developer to extend.

Deliverables
• Fully-functional site hosted on my chosen server
• Secure connections to the three data sources mentioned above
• Table generation module with export options
• Brief setup/read-me so I can replicate the environment locally

I’ll test by loading sample data from each source and confirming the tables match the raw records. Once that passes, the project is complete.
