Sinhala-English Text Entry Task

I have a batch of Sinhala and English source documents that need to be transcribed verbatim into plain-text files. Accuracy is essential because many pages contain Sinhala Unicode characters, diacritics, and other special symbols that must survive intact in the final .txt output—no rich-text markup or styling, just clean UTF-8 text.

You will receive scans/PDFs of the originals. Your job is to:

• create one plain-text file per source document,
• preserve all line breaks, punctuation, and special characters exactly as shown,
• double-check each file for missing glyphs or encoding errors.

Please return the completed .txt files in a neatly organised folder structure mirroring the filenames I provide. Familiarity with Sinhala keyboard layouts or OCR correction tools is welcome but not required as long as you guarantee flawless manual accuracy.
