I’m ready to move my new single-family home from concept to construction and need accurate, code-compliant floor plans to hand over to my builder. The house will be entirely new construction, so nothing needs to be traced or redlined—everything starts from a clean slate.

Scope
• Translate my rough sketches and room schedule into professional architectural floor plans for every level of the home.
• Show wall thicknesses, openings, key dimensions, door and window tags, and basic notes ready for local permitting.
• Provide files in both editable DWG (AutoCAD or compatible) and print-ready PDF formats.

I’ll supply the site dimensions, desired room sizes, and any municipality guidelines as soon as we connect. If you prefer working in Revit, that’s perfectly fine so long as a DWG export accompanies the native file.

Acceptance criteria
• Scaled floor plans that align with the provided brief.
• Clear layer naming and line weights suitable for printing at 1:100.
• At least one round of revisions included to fine-tune layout or dimensions.

If this sounds like a straightforward drafting task for you, let’s coordinate timelines and get these plans on paper.
