Convert 2 JPEGs to Transparent PNG

I have two JPEG images that I need isolated from their backgrounds and saved as PNG files with full transparency. The end use is for print materials, so please prepare each file at 300 DPI to ensure sharp reproduction when I resize them later.

Deliverables
• Two separate PNG files, background-free, 300 DPI
• Clean edges—no halos or stray pixels
• Colour profile preserved exactly as in the originals
