Singapore iPhone users for Simply Say app usability study

We need 10-12 ordinary consumers in Singapore to complete a remote usability study for Simply Say, a personalised greeting-card iPhone app.

Selected participants will install/open the iPhone app, complete a realistic greeting-card ordering workflow, speak their thoughts aloud in English, and submit the study recording through our research platform. The study link will only be shared privately with accepted participants after screening.

This is not a professional QA/testing job. We are looking for regular iPhone users who can give honest consumer feedback.

Estimated time: about 20-30 minutes.

Incentive: S$25 per accepted participant who successfully completes the full study with a usable recording.

Successful completion means:
- You meet the screening requirements.
- You complete the full assigned workflow, including adding a card to cart and going through checkout in the test environment.
- Your screen and voice recording are usable.
- You speak your thoughts aloud in English while using the app.
- You submit the study successfully.

Do not apply if you are a professional UX researcher, professional software/app tester, QA tester, developer, outside Singapore, or if you have previously tested Simply Say.

Please answer these screening questions in your proposal:
1. Are you currently living in Singapore? Which area or district?
2. What iPhone model do you use, and which iOS version are you on if you know it?
3. Which age range are you in? 25-34, 35-44, 45-54, 55-60, or outside this range?
4. Are you comfortable recording your screen and voice while thinking aloud in English?
5. Have you bought or sent greeting cards, gifts, flowers, or personalised products online in the last 2 years?
6. Are you a UX researcher, developer, QA tester, professional software/app tester, or app reviewer?
7. Have you previously tested or used Simply Say as part of a research study?
8. Can you complete the study within 24-48 hours if selected?
