I need a complete Android application that lets both riders and drivers schedule rides ahead of time. The scheduling flow is the highest priority: a rider should be able to choose pickup, destination, date, and time; a nearby driver receives the request, can accept or decline, and both parties get confirmation inside the app.

Although real-time tracking and payment integration are off the critical path for this first version, the codebase should be clean and modular so those features can be bolted on later—or even ported to iOS or Web without a full rewrite.

Deliverables
• Production-ready Android app (APK + Play Store-ready bundle)
• Full Kotlin/Java source code in a Git repo with README setup instructions
• Simple backend (Firebase, Supabase, or similar) handling user auth, ride data, and push notifications
• Brief technical document outlining architecture, key libraries, and where future modules (tracking, payments) will plug in
• One walk-through session to hand over the project and answer final questions

Acceptance criteria
1. Rider can create, edit, or cancel a scheduled ride.
2. Driver receives requests in real time and can accept/decline.
3. Both user roles see upcoming rides in a clear list.
4. Push notifications confirm each action.
5. App installs and runs on Android 8.0 (Oreo) and up without crashes.

If a familiar stack or toolkit (Jetpack Compose, Flutter on Android target, etc.) helps you move faster while keeping Android-first performance, I’m open to it—just keep future cross-platform expansion in mind.
