The core build should be straightforward: install WordPress on my host, apply or lightly customise a modern, responsive theme, and set up the usual essentials—homepage, article list, single-post template, an About page, and a contact form.

I want the finished site ready for me to start publishing right away, so please handle the basic SEO plugin setup, security hardening, and any must-have performance tweaks before hand-off. If you can keep the admin area intuitive and uncluttered, even better; the goal is a site that’s simple for non-technical contributors to update.
