Simple Python Video Editor

I need a lightweight, desktop-based video editor that focuses on fast trimming and cutting. Nothing fancy: no transitions, no filters, just the essential controls to load common video formats, mark in/out points, cut, and export the final clip without quality loss.

Please build it for Windows only and write everything in Python. If you rely on open-source libraries such as PySide6/PyQt, MoviePy, FFmpeg, or similar, bundle or document them so the setup is smooth for an end user who is not technical.
