I’m preparing an aftermarket front-bumper line for current-generation Silverado and RAM pickups and need an engineer who has already worked on these platforms to turn my rough sketches into production-ready designs.

Your job is two-fold. First, shape the exterior so the finished piece really elevates the truck’s look—aggressive lines, tight body gaps, and a factory-quality fit are critical. At the same time, the internal structure must meet OEM mounting points and basic impact requirements, so your CAD models have to balance style with sound engineering.

Key deliverables
• Fully parametric 3D CAD files (SolidWorks or Inventor preferred)
• Exploded assemblies with mounting hardware and part numbers
• Material call-outs suitable for mid-volume steel or aluminum fabrication
• Basic FEA screenshots or summary proving bracket strength under a low-speed impact load
• PDF drawings ready for laser cutting, bending, and welding shops

If you have scan data for the Silverado or RAM front clip, even better—let me know. Please share examples of similar truck bumper projects you’ve completed and outline the design tools you’ll use so I can gauge compatibility with my manufacturing partners.
