I need physically signed and sealed, code-compliant floor plans for a 500-1000 sq ft third-story addition to my two-family home in Bloomfield, NJ. The plans require three hard copies with an embossed seal by a licensed New Jersey architect, as mandated by the local zoning office.

The new level will include one bedroom and one full bathroom designed to suit existing conditions laid out by the previous owner. Deliverables must include clearance for structural feasibility, compliance with local codes, and submission-ready documentation for zoning and construction permits.
