I’m looking for a proactive manager to keep my remote creatives on track.
Your top priority will be supervising a small group of short-form social media video editors. I need every clip they deliver to match our brand style, pacing, and polish, so you’ll spot-check each draft, flag inconsistencies, and approve only the cuts that meet our standards. Clear, constructive feedback is essential; I expect you to translate notes into actionable revisions the editors can turn around quickly.
Alongside the editors, I also have a few virtual assistants who handle research, outreach, and admin. You’ll assign their daily tasks, answer quick questions, and make sure their output supports the content pipeline.
Key responsibilities
• Review 5–10 short videos per week for quality, style, and consistency
• Maintain an organized queue in Trello or Asana so deadlines never slip
• Give editors concise, timestamped revision notes and track version history
• Brief VAs, monitor their task boards, and confirm completion
• Provide a weekly progress summary highlighting wins, bottlenecks, and next steps
Tools we already use: Google Drive, Frame.io, Slack, Canva, CapCut, and Trello. If you have a better workflow suggestion, I’m open to it as long as nothing slows the team down.
Deliverable: a smoothly run content operation where short videos leave the editing queue on brand and on time, and VA tasks are closed out without chasing.
