I am building a small-scale oil-handling package and need a Siemens PLC program that keeps product moving efficiently while making sure tanks never run dry. The core of the job is to write, test, and document logic that optimises flow, pulls accurate readings from our flow sensors and low-level sensor, and then drives the valves, pumps, and any other actuators that respond to those readings. Everything must tie neatly into the HMI; I’d like operators to have both a touchscreen view and a secondary PC or hard-key option so they can work comfortably from the panel or the control room.

The system’s sole purpose is process optimisation, so response time and deterministic behaviour are critical. I am already committed to Siemens hardware (S7-1200 series with a basic comfort panel) and TIA Portal, so familiarity with that environment is essential. If you have a tested library for PID flow control, great—otherwise design from scratch is fine as long as it is clearly documented.

Deliverables
• Complete, comment-rich PLC project file (TIA Portal)
• HMI screens with navigation, alarms, and trending tied to the same tag database
• I/O list and wiring diagram updates reflecting the flow and low-level sensors
• Functional test report or short commissioning session (remote is acceptable)
