SIDI KHATAB – Customize Existing eClassify Source Code

We are looking for a developer to customize and develop our existing eClassify source code into our new platform, SIDI KHATAB.

IMPORTANT:
We already own the eClassify source code.

We do NOT want the project rebuilt from scratch.

Our approach is:

REUSE → CONFIGURE → MODIFY → BUILD

The objective is to reuse as much of the existing source code as technically possible and avoid unnecessary development costs.

Existing technology:
- Flutter
- Laravel
- Firebase
- Web
- Admin Panel
- API / Backend

We have a complete project specification for SIDI KHATAB that will be provided to the selected developer.

The platform is intended primarily for Algeria, while registration from other countries should not be technically blocked.

The platform will be free from launch:
- No subscriptions
- No paid features
- No payment gateway
- No mandatory administrative approval for professional accounts
- No unnecessary paid services

The system must support Arabic, French and English initially, with an architecture that allows additional languages to be added easily in the future.

VERY IMPORTANT – BUDGET:

Our maximum hourly rate is:

$1 USD per hour.

Please do not submit an offer above $1/hour.

Do not assume a fixed project duration.

We want YOU to evaluate the project and tell us how many hours and how much time you believe are actually required.

We will compare proposals based on the developer's estimated hours, total price and proposed approach.

The final project must include complete source code and full handover.
